redoak - 4/6/2014 21:15 Near us the abandoned railway bed is being used for nat. gas mains and water mains ,,,think it saved dealing with a lot od diff. land owners Most of the abandoned rail beds around here are back to growing corn/beans like they should be once they're abandoned. Some of the wasted abandoned rail beds are used for "recreational trails", I'm sure glad the rail bed that passed through one of our farms was bulldozed out and has been farmed for 20+ yrs already. |
