I have no insight into this - but what are the odds that tankers are being hoarded in a coordinated manner to delay ethanol shipments?  I am not typically inclined to suspect conspiracy, but what if there are unit trains being slowly loaded and unloaded at each end?

Are the RR's honoring oil allocation and not ethanol allocations?  I would imagine the oil  contracts are an order of magnitudes larger - so you honor the larger player's call, right?

The reason I suspect this is I do NOT see any basis or future strength in either RBOB or crude which should - in theory - be equally back-ordered.  Something is fishy to me.    Is there regulatory recourse we should be prompting?  Who do I call to scream at?
