After looking over all property line fences, I have come to the conclusion the fences
are in need of attention (they are CRAP).
Do we just put in new fence on our half and not say a word?
We have the pasture rented out for the coming season, so if the renters cattle wander,through
thier fence, who pays damages? I can forsee one ajoining land owner is going to be
, lets say,interesting to deal with.
And NO, I will not just put in new fence at my expence, just to get along.
This law is on the books for a reason.
If the adjoining property owners fence is good enough to hold their livestock on their property why should they have to spend money to keep your livestock on your property?
