Iowa | Educate me on this - as I understand from my cousin (who runs some of my cows in Western SD) that SD is free range still? Cows get out and do damage to anothers field or is hit by a car that the cow owner is not liable for any damage?
Maybe I'm wrong but that's how I understand it.
So if what I understand is correct the question you asked (so if the renters cattle wander,through
thier fence, who pays damages?) no one would pay any damages?
Maybe I misunderstood the free range rules and I'm completely wrong. Help me out on this if you could | |
