Joelt had a good suggestion....I realize you said you didn't have a lot of time but if you could do what he suggested for even a couple weeks until the other twin gets on his feet it would be time wel spent. Then he will get along a lot better. If you ABSOLUTELY don't have the time it sounds like he will be ok anyway. Good luck.
