Bottle lambs increase the work load a bit so if at all possible the ewe raises what she has. Some breeds are more suited to that than others. Polypays, dorsets ect can milk really good and raise them. Other breeds almost have litters like the Finn and Romonov. Those lambs tend to be rather samll and ewes have enough milk. Some select for multiple births and do well.
I like big twins myself, less work for me since I work in town. I will either take the largest triplet off if I need to or simply supplement the smaller one leaving it with the ewe. This is nice because she raises it, keeps it warm and safe, teaches it what to eat, where to graze, to stay with the flock ect and I just take a bottle out.

I used to buy lots of bottle lambs and raise them on lamb bars with free acess to cold milk 24 x 7, works really well
