We already get inspected for all the things you mentioned up here in Canada, it's called the CQM (Canadian quality milk program) we need a TTR (time temperature recorder) for bulk tank and pipeline. Records for everything, meds, sanitation record, yearly inspection by dealer, record of alarms and corrective actions, SOP's etc. I don't think it makes anything any saver, just a huge job creation project for the most part.
