I wouldn't worry about the survey.  They are trying to protect them and you.  There are some farms out there that are still running that have real poor animal care.  Some went too far in debt in 2009 and cant afford proper care or some that should retire but wont.  I've seen both.  Sometimes it takes an outside party saying we cant/wont take your milk to make them see the light.
