Similar story from a neighbor....... In the 70's he cold a straight truck load of hogs (maybe 40 - 45 head) and took the money and purchased a new grinder-mixer. How many hogs would it take today to buy a new grinder-mixer?
It would be the same today, except the truck would have to be a semi.
$60 cwt hogs, $26,000 for a big Artsway mill.
