Very difficult decision, I have kind of been there. All be it not what you want to hear or I would want to do either, stay with your job. It will keep you fresh in Ag and most importantly keep you in contact with potential landlords. You don't even have to be abrasive, most know you want to farm and let your work ethic and knowledge speak for you. I think that indirectly is what helped me pick up ground to quit and go full time.
