Buxton ND | "we anticipate our first quarter 2014 results will be better than the fourth quarter of 2013"
This statement above seems like a stretch IMHO give the MEGA E margins in the last 1/4 of 2013 compared to today's margin About a week or so ago DTN commented "margins have fallen below .30 per gallon for the first time in months." Then toss in Natural Gas prices for good measure.......
Then this statement
"Margins for the ethanol industry expanded during the fourth quarter of 2013 and have remained strong in the near term."
Margins have fallen from .60-.90 cent in the last 1/4 of 2013 to 16.7 as of today,call me Norwegian but that doesn't sound like "remained strong in the near term." to me..... | |
