Maizing-good analogy -sell it or smell it - PED is getting close too blowing up now in Ontario - FWIW a good friend bought another farm last month and he said banker actually asked some questions where last yr. they just handed you the cash - real close farm just sold for $10k acre , some guys are still optimistic |
