I'll go out on a limb and predict John Deere's push to consolidate dealers doesn't end much different than Titan.
Trying too buy an old flex head for a friend from a "larger" dealer that had sat in the same place for at least 2 yrs. and asked a salesman why they won't accept a reasonable offer,his answer was that then they would have too pay the company the difference as it was floor planned for more than selling price.....How long can they floor plan machinery? Used to be company credit was based on previous yrs. sales,not sure if they still use that criteria,but all dealers are really loaded with used machinery |
