| Boss. I am of the opinion that summer time corn basis is tied to the condition of the '14 crop. If the crop has plentiful acres and is in general good condition in late June....basis will, for lack of a better term "suck". If on the other hand it appears the crop could be sub 13.2 bbu....spreads will come in and end users will gladly bid to take delivery of physical corn......improved basis. | |
