| When you only have a couple of players in a market like propane the can do things that appear un economic, reversing pipelines, not filling storage caverns, manipulate markets. Thinking any of this is free and fair is a fool's errand. Just another example of a few powerful folks screwing over everyone ie Enron. The republicans that say that this is the free market at work, and regulation is just stifiling the big banks creativity are why the democrats will likely stay in power. | |
