#4 puts the supplier in a tight spot. How do they decide who gets the cheap gas and what happens when word gets out (as it will) that so and so got the cheap gas, but not me. What would work if there were time would be the farmer with the gas to sell it to the neighbor and the supplier gets a few $$$ for the time to do the work.
