Couple of things I see coming out of all of this..
1) will be a move for folks to add more storage capacity on farm or at their homes, especially if they have smaller tanks
2) will be a rush for summer gas fills..
3) customers will seek out and reward those suppliers who honored their contracts
4) regardless of what suppliers tell you ( like how they're trying to keep those who truly can't afford the price increases houses warm), it's ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. I know of customers who have been offered extra lp ( such as full dryer tanks) back to their suppliers for not one penny, just for a gallon-for gallon replacement next summer, but with the stipulation that the supplier doesnt charge needy people $6/ gal for it. They have been turned down. |
