Using the above spreadsheet data, $1/acre profit with an investment of $761/acre yields a return on investment of 1/10th of 1%. That'll impress any banker, I'm sure! I'd do it for 50k minimum, guaranteed, with large bonus potential for good performance. No way would I do it for laying my own time, money, and risk out with the potential to lose ten times that much with 50k being the target figure. |
