Subject: Andrews Land Rent Deal (Cass County, ND)

SD/ND/FL

The 3,000 acres of land that rented for $300+ per acre isn't looking so hot right now. I took NDSU's 2014 crop budget and updated a few of the numbers below. It'll be interesting to see if the tenants are still farming it in year 4.
