NW Ohio | The higher the USDA acre number is, the larger the discrepancy when comparing to the reality of the FSA numbers. This is most likely a yearly problem that will never be resolved.........until the USDA quits predicting and just reports factual numbers. You do have to admit though, that the traders in Chicago would be totally lost without the USDA predictions. They obviously take them as gospel.
