Someone smarter then I could confirm -
I'm sure USDA uses the FSA numbers in their "methodology".
I wonder what the % of acres (corn / beans) that don't get reported ? I know several farmers (larger and smaller) that don't partake of farm programs and do it all on their own - most are into livestock also.
