Our experiance with St Johns has been like plowboys- 100% satisfied with the product. We've not recieved bad parts from Terry, so I can't say what his complaint policy is. Always seemed like the type of people who take care of there customers to me.
We've never bought a "new " concave from St Johns. I guess we were always clear that it was a rebuilt, especially when we had to provide a core. Sorry to hear you've had problems. We'll still deal with them, been very happy with the 2 concaves we've bought from them.
