Subject: PS.. it is the ethanol program.. that is pushing sorghum.

PS.. the reason guys are looking at Sorghum is due to the ethanol plants.. if not for that they would probably go back to the CRP..

IMHO.. we need to open back the CRP.. put a few acres back in.. "Changing my tune here.." when I said we could bring some acres out.. but GOLLY not THAT quarter!!!  so we still need to get the mix right.. and with lower prices guys will want to go back to grass.. good for the pheasants/wildlife.. as is the Sorghum "food plot" next to it.. that could get mostly harvested.. you never get 100% of the crop.. especially sorghum..

"Whoops there goes that head.."  "
"Golly after this rain.. probably gonna be some more falling over..."
"Sure will after this SNOW..."
"$3.85?!?  THAT's IT?!?  Chuck that.. putting the combine away for the winter.. the wildlife can have it..."

So imho ethanol is part of the solution.. "here."
