| i think around here in ky, you can ride on the road if your going to fix a fence or something similar. I've heard that if you have a hammer and some nails on your 4-wheeler, they cant stop you and give you a fine or anything, but i'm not really for sure. People ride 4-wheelers on the road all the time here and maybe 4-5 get stopped a year and fined, most of them run from the cops on the racing 4-wheelers
