| Honda quit making the 300 4x4 in 1999. the Rancher replaced it, it has a 350 cc motor. you can buy them in 2 or 4 wheel drive configurations. Also you can buy them with Electronic shift (buttons on the left handle bar you push to change gears) or foot shift. I prefer the foot shift because i use my left hand sometimes to hold a spray wand or soil probe. There have been a few problems with the elec. shift, not many but a few. Foot shift is one less thing to go wrong.
If you want automatic you need either the Rubicon or the Rincon (500 & 650 cc machines) They make a 400 cc Rancher AT with auto, but its the one honda I have heard mixed reviews on. | |
