Red River Valley		There was crop Insurance last time just was not government subsidized Insurance

So this time the farmer just bid the subside away in higher Rents and land purchases

but maybe your right this time its different

although the play book from the farmer end seems to be the same.

If it is going to be different this time we will know in the spring
