North west MN | What I like is the insight monitor and autopilot using a trimble 252 or agleader 5100 GPS receiver. As for the combine the Insight will work for a yield monitor. The insight will also do you sprayer control and planter control.
Do some research online at www.AgLeader.com and www.autopilotgps.com and talk to a good dealer that has both trimble and AgLeader and is near your farm.
You might want to start with just the insight and autopilot get accustomed to using auto steering then put a combine kit in your combine so you can use the insight for yield mapping then move up to planter control and sprayer control.
