I have a Drill Doctor that works really well.
Last year or 2 ago I bought 2 drill bits just for replacing the deck on the tri-axle trailer and only wound up using one bit.
You can really feel and see the difference after sharpening.

The best thing about it is that it easier to take to the job than a grinder is.
