SK.. in Frozen Cold Western Canada | Well, I can't see what ya got now, but maybe you have some Removal and Welding as a worst case scenario, and if LUCKY you might be able to get into these FEMCO systems and 'seal it shut'.. they sure work slick for us..
I know they sell them at the Detroit Diesel shop in S'toon.. likely all around the area too!!
