New Ulm, MN | One of them two, I'm working at 16 right now, manger is who pissess me of almost daliy, just over 2 years of hog experince now, I started last Jan and he only had a year then and was already a manager, kept asking me common sense Question about treating and stuff. Almost weekly he does something stupid, on wed he put 2 euthinzied pigs out the back door, with out tying the legs back to the belly, so yesterday i had to pry up a frozene pig that wuold not fit in the incenarator couse the legs where straight out! They need to hire Managers with more Farm Sense! Oh Well Its a pay check. WE have a office but in between the two Ges barns there paint marks on the floor for Bio Security and the left overs of a "office" | |
