LOL, good one.
That is the problem with a welfare state. People tend to get lazy when they are taken care of and do not have to worry about where the next meal is coming from. There is incentive to do get up and do something when one is hungry and sees his kids going hungry. Not so much so as long as the SNAP card works at Wal-Mart.
