mentioned in the 12.5- range is likely close ( might be 500 million to 1 billion high yet too, just never know 4 sure ).
keep in mind, a Conservative estimate in multi year Big Drys is that the "wet break" years like 2013 IS, should yield 10 to 20% more than the Real DRY years ( like 2012 ). middle is 15% more yield on the wet break years.
Could the USDA be 1 BILLION bushels over???
