I think you are right about the feeder costs being too high! Those good 5wts are screaming higher! I think the 7 and 8 wt cattle are better value right now. I bought some 7 and 8 weight steers on the superior sale this week for September delivery... I felt like I was getting that extra 200 lbs pretty cheap compared to the 5wts and they hit the spring market at a better time too. | |
