west central wisconsin | Had a neighbor raise up a free stall building by scabbing onto the sides of the old posts. Made it 4 feet taller, that was a dozen years ago,. The actual act of doing it would probably require a building mover because that is a big building and it all needs to be raised together. Keep us posted if you do raise it. Years ago, we raised our two story cow barn up 18 " so we had more room under the old beams. The guy that did it was a cowboy for sure. We all prayed for a couple still days. That was 40 years ago.
