I was told Morton can come in, install laminated treated post and raise your building. Then you could install wainscot. Don't know if this would be cost effective. We have a Morton building that is 37 years old, but the paint on the steel is getting pretty thin. Thinking it would cost as much to raise walls and install new steel as it would to build a new building.
