Buffalo IL | I don.t know about the water system, but cleanliness and bedding will be your friend. plastic heating pads might work or even bad heating pads with no current with the hanging heater will work to get piglets off concrete. The key is to make it more ideal for the piglet to want to get back to the pad after it eats and not lay by the gilt/sow. Keeping that area clean is vital until they learn not to dung where they sleep. Chilled equals scours also and dirt pens equals scours. | |
