Thanks, I imagine a cold day and water not circulating would become a very bad day quickly. The guy selling it said he loved it, once up and running was pretty trouble free, and way cheaper than heated drinkers.

My biggest question is are they still around to get parts? I've tried searching Google, but keep coming up with pages and pages of clay pot watering...
