ECIL | Let me get this straight, you made a sale that is currently 50 cents off the all time high, and you are not happy? My, how quickly we become spoiled by $5.00 corn. You won't know if that's a good price, till after harvest. I forward contracted corn for $2.17 a few years ago. In August, a weather rally took corn to about $2.50, and I was upset, like you are now. However, by the time harvest rolled around we were collecting LDP's on $1.85 corn.....then that $2.17 didn't look so bad! | |
