That's debateable if not flat out wrong.
No debate about it nutritionally, none from an health standpoint either.
And I didn't say remove red meat, just reduce it, to appreciate it even more.
To claim " we all would be a lot more healthier with a little more whole grain, and a little less burgers or steaks" is highly debatable, and IMO as well, flat out wrong.
In light of all the info out there about the bad side of eating grains I am not sure how anyone can still pawn it off as "healthy".
