Subject: Wouldn't Look Anything Like This Food Guide, Would it? *********************

With all we know about how bread metabolizes to suagr and bad fat storage, leads to excessive insulin shocks ect, its no wonder we have so many cases of diabetes and related heart diseases.

I pretty much swtich the red bar with the Yellow bar. Bread and grain products should not be the bedrock of a person's diet. Our family has been eating in this fashion for years and everyone is in good shape. Might help that we don't spend all day tweeting and facebooking either about the latest socially hip cause.
