SW Ohio | I forget the brand of feeder, but we got two this past winter that have a used tire as the base and have an inside cone that acts as a hay saver. We are wasting virtually no hay with these and are going to be getting a couple more soon. http://www.leidenlandandcattle.com/ This website has the same idea, as the ones we bought.
The difference between these and the few old, typical round bale feeders that we are still using is night and day.
