South Central Wisconsin | I plant my garden to try and have the bulk of the work done before we go to the field. It seems like the cabbage really moved fast this year. I think the cool nights have a lot to do with it.
Following the advisement of ag talkers and my Mother, I will be storing cabbage in several different
Forms including sauerkraut , coleslaw , blanched and shredded or quartered, and few of the "hot pockets" . Thanks for the good ideas ! | |
