please check when the "wrong antenna" messages show up. you should be able to receiver WAAS with either antenna, since WAAS only requires a L1 GPS antenna and according to the firmware manager, the "wrong antenna" message should not appear when WAAS is selected.
Beacon does require the beacon antenna and OmniStar XP or HP does require a L2 antenna and if the correct antenna is not attached, then you should get the "wrong antenna" message, since the required signal is not present. | |
