Yes the quality will be lower but like someone said, beef cows this winter will do fine.

And it is a cab tractor. I run an optional skid plate on the bottom and tip the knives up from level. I like to leave a three inch stubble and I'm not losing that much when I do. It sucks the downed hay up pretty good. I have never thrown a rock into the tractor, and there are plenty of them to throw.
