Just read an article in the MO today publication. I'll try to get the author later. It stated that pasture land in Argentina is currently being converted to cropland in large amounts. The reason???? High grain prices. Argentina has went from being the #2 beef exporter in the world(behind the U.S.) to #4, and soon to be #5. If we are gonna import beef, I don't know where it will be from.
