The % numbers are the percent of the field covered by your swaths. So from the table at 2.1 ton and 100% swath width (fully tedded and can't tell where swaths were) it takes 0.51" of pan evaporation to get hay dry enough to bale. So if your weather is predicting 0.52" you would just make it. But if your windrows only cover 50% of the field it would take 0.79" or another day and a half or so.
