I cull according to bag condition, calf size, body condition and attitude. Last year anything with less then a 400lb calf got culled, had several 4 yr olds that culled in that deal. The rest were either bad bags, body condition was poor (most of those had no teeth left) and several hit the road even though young because of attitude promblem.
Cows- how old is too old?
