MN		Small businesses deal with similar problems with payroll taxes everyday. Have to pay taxes where the income is made. I don't believe that's an issue.

I do believe that if this doesn't go into effect, we'll have something like the VAT? tax, a federal sales tax. I am NOT in support of that.
