| We do use our phones to make up for poor organization. Or, we allow poor organization because we have our phones. Dad and brother should mostly be able to function without you if they are partners and just working in the shop. Get mom a detailed list before she goes to town. Do you delegate and give others responsibility (and the freedom to make a mistake), or do you micro manage? When dad and I get busy in the field, we can sometimes go a couple days without talking if we are doing unrelated tasks.
