Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I never did hire much help. Hired custom operations such as spraying done that I couldn't get done myself. What I have found is when I hire help I spend half my time keeping them going so instead of 2 guys getting twice as much work done it ends up being about 1 1/2 times the work done if I'm lucky. Seen the same thing in other operations too. And, I enjoy doing most of the work. I just wish I could hire someone to get everything ready for me so all I had to do is drive. LOL
Since my sons back that helps some since he knows his way around pretty well but there are days. |
